We extend a warm welcome to our property and hope you have a delightful stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly request that you adhere to the following rules during your time here.
No Visitors Allowed: We kindly ask that you refrain from having visitors during your stay. Respecting this rule is essential to maintain the tranquility and security of all guests. Any violation of this policy will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum capacity of the property is 6 people. Please ensure you comply with this limit to ensure a comfortable experience for all.
No Smoking: We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment. Kindly refrain from smoking in any area within the apartment.
Wet Clothing: To preserve the quality of our furniture, we kindly request that you avoid sitting with wet clothing on the sofa and other furnishings.
Neighbor Relations: Should you encounter any dispute or concern with our neighbors, please inform us immediately. Your cooperation allows us to address any issues promptly and effectively.
Trash Disposal: Kindly dispose of your trash in the designated bins. This helps to maintain a clean and orderly environment for all guests.
Proper Food Disposal: To preserve the proper functioning of our facilities, we ask that you avoid disposing of food remnants down the sink. We appreciate your proper disposal of these items in the trash.
No Parties or Events: In order to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment, parties or events are not permitted on the property.
Dining Guidelines: We kindly request that you refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meals in the designated dining area.
Energy Conservation: When leaving the property, we kindly ask that you turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronic devices. Please remember to close windows and secure the door to ensure safety and efficient resource use. The optimal air conditioning temperature is 22 degrees.
Reporting Damages: Should any damages or breakages occur, please inform us in a timely and reasonable manner. Guests will be responsible for covering damages exceeding the security deposit amount. These incidents will also be reported to Airbnb/Vrbo.
Quiet Hours: Out of consideration for our neighbors, we kindly request that you avoid loud noises between 11 PM and 8 AM, allowing everyone to rest peacefully.

The swimming pool and Jacuzzi hours are from (Monday to Monday, including holidays from 09:00 AM to 6:30 PM).
Gym hours are from (Monday to Monday, including holidays from 06:00 AM to 8:00 PM).
Steam Room and Terrace hours are from (Monday to Monday, including holidays from 09:00 AM to 7:30 PM).
BBQ hours are from (Monday to Monday, including holidays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM). Under Reservation.
Please read and follow the Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Gym, and Steam Room Regulations, at the location.
Please make sure minors must not cause any damage to the pool and its facilities; they must respect all green areas and plants. Also, please ensure they don't stain the walls and don't throw any garbage in the common areas.
Children under three years old who enter the pool must wear proper swimming suits (No diapers).
Children under 12 years of age are not allowed to enter the Steam Room. Over 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
It is prohibited to bring inflatable devices greater than 1.00 meters in length to the pool.
Anyone that causes any damage to the condominium facilities and any private unit will be fined and charged at the end of the stay.
It is prohibited to bring food, drinks, as well as smoke inside the pool.
